LCCAA Workers Save Two Jobs

At LCCAA, an executive board member and another member with 20 years of service recently avoided termination after the Union reached a settlement agreement. Citing mitigating circumstances, the workers instead accepted the compromise of a 4-day suspension. The employer's attorney had approched the Union to settle the issue prior to a grievance being filed, avoiding an arbitration in the process.
